Meet women veterans who have served in branches of the Armed Forces. Hear true stories about their service career. Meet and hear Liz Strohfus, W.A.S.P., and other women veterans.

 

Elizabeth Strohfus, W.A.S. P., 1943-1944, trained on eight aircrafts, instructed airmen for combat during WW II. Played a key role in lobbying congress for recognition of W.A.S.P. as veterans, law passed in 1979. In 2001 was inducted into Minnesota Aviation Hall of Fame.
